With over 10 years of combined industry experience, Charlie brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to the recruiting world. Before transitioning into sales and recruiting, he spent six years working in the electrical field, including four years installing and wiring residential and commercial solar systems. His time working hands on in the field gave him a deep appreciation for the work ethic, technical skill, and grit it takes to succeed in the industries he now serves.

Over the past four plus years, Charlie has built a strong track record in sales, business development, and leadership, consistently closing more than 100 projects annually, while building lasting client relationships rooted in trust. As his career evolved, so did his passion for leadership and mentorship, ultimately leading him to Hunter Search Global, where he now serves as a Senior Consultant specializing in Energy & Renewables.

What sets Charlie apart is his ability to connect with people from every level of an organization because he has lived many of the roles himself. From climbing rooftops and wiring solar systems to leading teams and recruiting top talent, he understands both the technical demands of the job and the human side of building successful teams.
